Dr. Ivory Hancock, President of IVORY Dental Centre shapes her patient's smiles through an extraordinary passion, built on a wealth of experience in the dental field.

She began her study of the science at Howard University, where she majored in Biology and minored in Chemistry. Upon graduating, she went on to pursue her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Temple University’s School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, PA. After completing her residency at Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center in New York she furthered her training as Chief Resident. An avid proponent of further education and perfecting her craft, she then moved on to advanced cosmetic restorative dentistry instruction at the prestigious Rosenthal Institute at NYU School of Dentistry.

Dr. Hancock’s commitment to care for her patients is reflected in the stellar reviews she receives. While her superior credentials are impressive, her warm personality and wit are what keep her patients coming back. She strives to have a relationship with her patients on a more personal level. Dr. Hancock is known not only for her clinical skills, but her calming nature. Outside her successful practice, Ivory can be found exercising her deep commitment to bettering her community and making an impact in the world around her. She participates in various mentoring programs, offering advice, education and empowerment to women in business.

Dr. Sahil Trehan

Dr. Sahil Trehan began his education at Virginia Tech, where he majored in Human Nutrition, Food, & Exercise and then went to Virginia Commonwealth University for dental school, where he obtained his DDS degree. From there, he moved back to the DC area and has been practicing Dentistry since then. He is trained in all aspects of General Dentistry.

Dr. Trehan stays up to date with the latest advancements in Dentistry and has his patient’s best interest in mind when creating a treatment plan. He is known for his gentle demeanor, warm personality, and is always maintaining a positive attitude, which all are seen through his dedication towards his patient’s oral health. He strives for compassion and authenticity in everything he does to give patients the best experience and deliver the highest standard of patient care. As a diligent, dedicated, and lifelong learner, he is humbled by the opportunity to bring his skills, passion, and work ethic to serve his community. As his patient, you can expect for him to listen to all your needs and concerns to assure that you are provided with exceptional care. 

When he is not in the office, Dr. Trehan enjoys hiking, traveling, and trying new restaurants. His favorite place to travel is Hawaii. He also enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and his dog, Tuxedo. He comes from a big family of twins, including himself! His favorite sports to play are soccer and tennis.
